What is the shelf life of your loose-leaf teas?
Our teas are best enjoyed within 12 to 24 months of purchase. To maintain maximum freshness, we recommend storing your tea in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container away from strong odors.
How long will it take for my tea order to ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery via USPS or UPS generally takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return tea products if I don't like the flavor?
Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. However, if there is an issue with your order or the packaging is damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Tea House on Los Rios ships exclusively within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities to tea lovers worldwide in the near future.
