At The Tea House on Los Rios, we take pride in the quality of our premium teas and artisan treats; if your order does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right. Please note that due to food safety regulations, opened tea canisters and perishable food items cannot be returned for resale.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our guest services team within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing orders@theteahouseonlosrios.com with your order number and reason for return.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure all unopened tea tins, accessories, or gift items are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Our Cottage
Affix the provided return shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned items at our Los Rios Street location, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
